Okay, okay ... here are some other tips
from WW members:

2 for 1pt.
- adam's bodysmart chocolate peanut snack
bars (2 pts each)
- adam's bodysmart chews. fruit ones 10
for 2pts and chocolate ones for 10 for 3pts. (i eat one then
drink a bunch of water then eat one etc.)
- pretzels
- Pringles (little container that has
11 chips in it is only 3pts.)
- Skinny Sticks
- Fruit
- GeniSoy chips, 25 chips for 2 pts! Salt
and Vinegar and BBQ are the best (and Creamy Ranch aren't bad)
- Quaker Corn Bran (no milk). Satisfies
crunchy food cravings and it's 1 point for 3/4 cup.
- Mini Crisps--a whole bag is only 7 points
- Hershey's sweet escapes chocolate bars

- low point frozen yogourt, 1 small cone

- frozen red grapes. These refreshing
little grapesicles last a lot longer than the fresh ones.
- Quaker Caramel Corn flavoured rice cakes,
only 1 pt each.
- Veggie dogs and smart choice buns -
let's face it no one eats hot dogs for the consistency anyway

- Haagen Daz (sp) raspberry and vanilla
sorbet bars - mmmmmmm (2 pts. )
- For cookie cravings, Dare Simple Pleasures
low fat cinnamon snaps. Each cookie is 31 Cal, 0.7g fat...hardly
a blip on the point-o-meter!
- FAT FREE CREAMSICLES!! TWO for a mere
point!
