Herewith, I give you some sample shopping
lists, with thanks to Jolene1 for the great idea, and everyone
who contributed items (cuz I can't shop *every*where ... that
is beyond my superpowers.) For your downloading pleasure, there
are Excel spreadsheets and Acrobat pdf's.
Remember when you go shopping: do most of your shopping in the perimeter .. or Shopping the "U" as some call it. All your fresh stuff, your meats, your veggies, your low-fat dairy, are arranged around the edge of the store (must be a plumbing/electrical thing), and all the highly-processed foods and snacks are in the middle aisles (must be a suck-you-into-the-Vortex thing).
*AND* very important: ALWAYS READ THE LABELS!!! I assume NO responsibility if the product nutritional information changes or if I was given the wrong info about points, or if you accidentally eat 18 pts worth of popcorn cuz you bought the wrong one. READ THE LABELS!!
Ahem. Okay. I can't give you copies of Excel, but you can get Acrobat Reader here.
